The GBF will:
- Support advocacy towards policy change in favor of improved care and treatment of the epileptics and mentally ill;
- Research to improve treatment of epilepsy and mental illness;
- Promote career in Gabriel's unachieved academic pursuits in mathematics & Computer Engineering.
